Sharing Test Assets Across Projects
Share test assets like requirements, test case and issues across projects.
Requirements can be shared through linking with Test Case.
Test Cases can be shared through linking with Requirement and Test Suite.
Issues can be shared through linking with Requirement and Test Executions.
When test assets are shared, the assets from the source project are linked as references in destination project. This allows teams working in different projects to access and use the same test assets without duplicating them, while still supporting the original versions.

The linkage stops working if –
The linked asset is archived or deleted.
The linked asset is moved from source project.
