View Jira Integration Status
Check whether a Jira integration is active or inactive, and view the sync activity for each QMetry project.
Note
The project admin must configure at least one of the Jira projects with the Issues module.
After Jira is integrated with the QMetry project, the internal Issues module is no longer available.
View the Jira Integration Status
To view the Jira integration status, do the following:
Go to Project Management and select Projects.
Open the Integration tab.
Check whether the integration status is Active or Inactive.
