Sync Fields to Reports
Note
This feature is available only to customers who have subscribed to the Advanced Reports application.
You need Integration “Modify” rights to enable or disable the synchronization.
Admins can sync mapped custom fields from Azure DevOps Work Items to the reports. These fields appear in the QMetry Insight tables, allowing users to create custom reports with UDFs in both Visual and Advanced Query Reports.
To enable syncing, perform the following steps:
Open to Integrations.
Select the Integrations tab.
Set the Sync Fields to Reports option to On to sync mapped external custom fields to Insights.
By default, this option is set to Off.

Synchronizing enables the Project Admin to create custom reports in Insights using Azure's custom fields mapped in the Project Integration Screen.
Toggle On: Synchronizes the mapped custom fields from Azure with the Insight module.
Toggle Off: Removes the synchronized fields from the Insight module.
Note
You can change the toggle state only after eight hours.
You can enable or disable the toggle for a new integration only after four hours.
You cannot disable Sync Fields to Reports option once syncing is in progress.
syncs only the external UDFs (user-defined fields) mapped under the Integrations tab in the Project section to the Insight module.
You can sync up to 1000 UDFs with the Insight module.
syncs fields to reports at the instance level, allowing all users of projects integrated with the external tracker to view the synced UDFs in the Insight module.
If you remove the integration, will not display the UDFs in the Insight module.
