Session Details Reference
Prerequisites to Record Console and Network Logs
QMetry Exploratory Testing v1.0.6 or above (Chrome extension).
QMetry v8.6.2 or above.
Enter the following details when you start a test session.
Field | Description |

Project | Select the project in which you want to conduct exploratory testing. |
Name | Enter a session name that identifies the test session or test scenario. |
Platform | Enter the platform against which you run the test scenario. |
Tags | Tag the session to categorize it. You can create more than one tag for a session, for example, Import, Export, or Integration. |
Extra Notes | Enter any notes or comments in the text box. |
Record Console and Network Logs | Select the check box to capture the console and network logs before you begin recording. The console logs appear on the Console Logs tab, and the network logs appear on the Network Logs tab, along with other recorded session details. The system also adds these logs as attachments to the test case created from the session. |
