QMetry Licensing Details
QMetry offers flexible licensing to fit different organizational needs. There are two models to choose from, based on team size, access requirements, and how much flexibility you need:

Named License
A Named License is assigned to a specific user and cannot be shared. The number of active users an organization can create equals the number of licenses purchased, and only those assigned users can log in to QMetry.
Key Characteristics
You can create only as many active users as licenses purchased.
Each active user holds a dedicated license.
Only assigned users can log in.
You may keep unlimited inactive users, but active users are capped at the purchased count.
The organization can create up to 20 active users.
Each active user gets a dedicated license.
Licenses stay occupied even when a user is inactive.
Any number of inactive users is allowed, but only 20 active users can exist and log in at a time.
Concurrent License
A Concurrent License is a flexible model. The total number of active users can exceed the licenses purchased, but only a limited number can be logged in at any one time. Seats are shared on a first-come, first-served basis rather than assigned to individuals.
Suppose your organization has testing teams in India and the US. During the Indian workday, 20 testers are active; when their shift ends, 20 US testers begin theirs. With Concurrent Licenses, the seats freed by the India team become available to the US team.

Concurrent licenses typically come with a 1:3 ratio of active seats.
You can create more active users than licenses purchased.
Only a limited number can log in simultaneously, based on licenses purchased.
Licenses are shared first-come, first-served — not tied to specific users.
Unlimited inactive users are allowed, with a cap only on simultaneous active logins.
The organization can create up to 60 active users.
Only 20 of them can be logged in at any given time.
If 20 are already logged in, the 21st user waits for a seat to free up.
Access is granted dynamically, first-come first-served.
Any number of inactive users is allowed, but only 20 can be logged in simultaneously.
