Audit Log Report
The system generates an Audit Log for events, like Create, Update, Delete, Move, Copy, Archive, Unarchive, Clone, Add, and Remove. If you do not select a particular project, then the report displays events that occurred across Projects.
The report includes the following details:
Actor: The user who performs the event.
Event: Records the action like Create, Update, or Delete..
Activity: What the system creates, updates, or deletes.
Project: The Project in which the test assets are located.
Module: Impacted module due to creation, updation, or deletion of test assets.
Date: The date on which the event took place.
By default, the system generates the report for the current project and logged-in user.
Filters to the Audit Log records by:
Project: Select projects.
User: Select users.
Date Range: Set a range of Date.
Module: Select modules.
Event: Select events.
Entity Key: Enter entity key
The system generates the report for the set filter.
Schedule Emails to Send Reports
Schedule emails containing the PDF of the report details.
click Schedule to schedule outbound emails at a particular frequency. The report details are sent in PDF to recipients as per the defined schedule.
The Schedule icon turns green when an email is scheduled.
