Converting Authentication of Existing Users
Converting Existing User's Authentication from to SAML
Pre-condition: User details like Username, First Name, Last Name and Email in should match with the details in SAML application.
Go to Administration and select Users.
Click Edit to edit the user details.
Select the Authentication Type as "SAML" for the user.
Converting Existing User's Authentication from SAML to
Pre-condition: User details like Username, First Name, Last Name and Email in SAML application should match with the details in application.
Go to Administration and select Users.
Click on the Edit button to edit the user details.
Select the Authentication Type as "QMetry" for the user.
Once the User Authentication is set as "QMetry", the user receives an email containing Login details from .
Converting Existing User's Authentication from SAML to LDAP
Pre-condition: User details like Username, First Name, Last Name and Email in SAML application should match with the details in LDAP application.
Go to Administration and select Users.
Click on the Edit button to edit the user details.
Select the Authentication Type as "LDAP" for the user.
