Importing Test Suites from Excel
Re-import test suite execution data into using an Excel file previously exported from the system. This feature allows you to update execution status and comments in bulk, especially for projects with a high number of test cases.
Note
You can import files up to 10 MB in size.
You can only re-import Excel files that were exported from .
Re-import of test suites is limited to change of Execution Status and Comments updates.
Pre-Requisites
Before importing, you must first Export Test Suite Execution data from .
Understanding Export Options and Import Behavior

Downloading Import Templates
Download blank templates to structure your data before import.
Make sure to fill in only Execution Status and Comments to ensure successful re-import.
Importing Test Suites
To import test suites into , perform the following steps:
Go to the Test Suites module.
Click the Cog (⚙️) icon and select .
Select one of the following options.

Test Case Steps in single row: Store all the steps of a test case in a single row.
Test Case Steps in multiple rows: Store the steps of a test case in their individual rows.
Import without Steps: Import the exported test suites without test case steps and update the test case executions. The system updates the test step status to the status of the test case.
Select the Excel file containing the test suite updates.
Click .
Track import progress from scheduled tasks.
